Scott Kavanagh believes strong brands and meaningful relationships are built through vision, creativity, and a relentless commitment to growth.

As Brand & Growth Lead for the Benczik Kavanagh Real Estate Team, Scott brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience helping businesses grow through strategic partnerships, marketing, and content innovation. He co-founded The Art Of, Canada’s largest leadership conference company, producing more than 100 events across North America and working alongside many of the world’s leading thought leaders, bestselling authors, and business minds.

Scott later co-founded Alchemy Grills, an award-winning live-fire cooking brand built around innovation, design, and community. He also helped launch ThinkersOne, a platform connecting organizations with world-renowned experts and speakers.

Known for his curiosity and ability to spot emerging trends, Scott is passionate about helping businesses evolve and reach their next level. At BK, his focus is on strengthening brand authority, building partnerships, and creating meaningful connections within the community.

As Listings Coordinator for the Benczik Kavanagh Real Estate Team, Joseph oversees each listing with a focus on quality, creativity, and detail. From marketing strategy and presentation to digital content and execution, he plays an integral role in ensuring every property is positioned to make a lasting impression.

Before joining the team, Joseph built his career in corporate legal marketing, where he developed expertise in content creation, digital marketing, event planning, and graphic design. That experience sharpened both his creative instincts and analytical mindset, allowing him to bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to every project.

Known for his curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking, Joseph is continually asking how things can be improved and elevated. His commitment to learning and delivering exceptional work helps ensure clients receive a polished, professional experience from beginning to end.

Outside the office, Joseph enjoys spending time on the baseball diamond, playing locally in Markham.

Mayble Hu believes that great client experiences are built through care, organization, and attention to the details that keep everything running smoothly.

Since arriving in Canada as an international student in 2012, Mayble has built more than nine years of experience in the real estate industry, developing strong expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, administration, and day-to-day operations. Her thoughtful approach and ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities make her an invaluable part of the Benczik Kavanagh Real Estate Team.

Known for her positive attitude and collaborative spirit, Mayble is appreciated by both colleagues and clients for her reliability, professionalism, and willingness to help wherever needed. She takes pride in creating an organized and supportive environment that allows the team to deliver a seamless experience.

Outside the office, Mayble enjoys cooking, travelling, and gardening. Curious by nature and always eager to learn, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to both her work and everyday life.
